Thought Leadership & Market Intelligence Lead - Luxury

About the role

Reporting to the Chief of Staff, you will lead CXG's Thought Leadership and Market Intelligence functions for the luxury sector. You will shape the company's point of view, turn proprietary data into original external content, and ensure CXG stays ahead of emerging trends across luxury retail, beauty, watches, automotive and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a thought‑leadership strategy, setting priority themes, audiences, formats and a publication calendar.
• Research, analyse, write and edit articles, perspectives and other content, leveraging CXG’s data, expertise and client insights.
• Coordinate content creation across Practices, Solutions and Regions, ensuring every piece reflects a distinct CXG angle.
• Publish and promote thought‑leadership pieces with Marketing, track reach and engagement, and refine the roadmap based on results.
• Lead the Market Intelligence team member, monitor market and competitive developments, and translate findings into actionable insights for CXG’s strategy and client work.

Required profile

• Proven experience developing thought‑leadership or insight‑driven content in consulting, research, customer‑experience or luxury environments.
• Excellent English writing and editing skills with a portfolio of original, evidence‑based publications.
• Strong oral communication and presentation abilities, comfortable speaking at conferences, panels and client events.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders across functions and regions without direct authority.
• Additional languages (e.g., French, Mandarin) are a plus.
