Time Keeper – 3-Month Contract in Abu Dhabi

About the role

SOS Holdings is seeking an experienced Time Keeper for a three‑month contract on a construction or oil‑and‑gas project in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on accurate daily attendance tracking, timesheet processing and manpower documentation to support payroll and project operations.

Key responsibilities

• Track and verify daily worker site attendance, check‑in/check‑out logs and shift rosters.
• Prepare, reconcile and maintain daily and weekly workforce timesheets.
• Record site manpower allocations, craft trades and overtime hours for project reporting.
• Liaise with site supervisors, subcontractors and HR teams to resolve attendance discrepancies.
• Maintain organized physical and electronic archives of all time‑keeping logs for the project duration.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Time Keeper on construction or oil‑and‑gas sites.
• Immediate availability to join on a short‑term contract.
• Mid‑level career background with a diploma qualification.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for timesheet preparation and data tracking.
