About the role
Elite Management Training Institute is seeking a dedicated TOEFL Trainer to join its team in Abu Dhabi. The instructor will be responsible for guiding learners from basic English proficiency to TOEFL readiness, ensuring a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver TOEFL preparation lessons to students.
- Design and adapt ESL/EFL curriculum aligned with CEFR and WIDA standards.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to help achieve target scores.
Required profile
- B.A. in TESOL, English, Linguistics or a related field.
- 3‑5+ years of experience teaching ESL/EFL in public or private schools.
- Experience in curriculum design for ESL/EFL/ELL programs.
- Familiarity with CEFR and WIDA standards.
