Trade Compliance Manager (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

EssilorLuxottica’s EMEA Trade Team is looking for a Trade Operations Lead to build and manage Trade Compliance operations across the GCC region, based in Dubai. The role will serve as the sole Trade Compliance point of contact in Dubai, supporting business units throughout the GCC and collaborating with global customs teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement a scalable Trade Operations and Trade Compliance program for the GCC region.
• Act as the primary Trade Compliance liaison for all GCC markets, providing guidance on import/export and customs procedures.
• Partner with Customs and Trade Compliance teams in France, Italy and Poland to align regional processes with global standards.
• Drive stakeholder influence, process design, training support and data‑driven reporting.
• Provide hands‑on expertise in GCC customs regulations, import/export documentation and compliance risk mitigation.

Required profile

• Proven experience in GCC trade compliance, customs brokerage or trade analysis, preferably in Dubai.
• Background as a Trade Analyst, Trade Consultant, Customs Broker or Trade Specialist with direct exposure to import/export operations.
• Strong operational trade expertise and ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.
