Traffic Engineer & Parking Design Engineer (Mid-level, Dubai)

About the role

Green Vision Consultants L.L.C. is expanding its transportation planning team in Dubai and seeks two mid‑level engineers – a Traffic Engineer and a Parking Design Engineer/Consultant – to deliver traffic impact studies, signal design and parking solutions for projects across the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct traffic impact assessments (TIAs) and feasibility studies.
• Develop traffic signal timing plans and junction designs.
• Perform traffic modeling and simulation using Synchro, VISSIM or similar tools.
• Liaise with RTA and other government authorities to obtain approvals.
• Prepare technical reports and present findings to clients.
• Design parking layouts in compliance with local codes and RTA/DM standards.
• Conduct parking demand and supply studies and develop management strategies for large‑scale developments.
• Coordinate with architects and civil engineers on integrated designs and support client presentations and authority submissions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Transportation Engineering.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the UAE/GCC region.
• Familiarity with RTA Dubai design standards and guidelines.
• PTOE or PE certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Synchro, VISSIM, SIDRA or equivalent traffic simulation software.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and AutoTurn for parking layout design.
• Understanding of local parking codes and standards.
• Experience in traffic modeling, signal timing and junction design.
