About the role
We are looking for a reliable Trained Heavy Vehicle Driver to transport senior management, office staff and visitors safely and on time across Dubai. The role also supports the admin team with errands, purchases and basic office tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the company vehicle to transport MD, staff and visitors between designated locations.
- Arrange vehicle care and maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, cleaning, and coordinate repairs with the rental company.
- Plan routes in advance, knowing meeting locations to avoid delays.
- Assist the admin department with utility bill payments, pantry and stationery purchases.
- Run office errands including bank visits, customer trips, and collection of mail from the post office.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Familiarity with all seven emirates and Dubai routes.
- Valid UAE driver’s licence, able to operate both manual and automatic vehicles.
- No record of traffic violations.
- Immediately available and able to learn quickly.
- Willingness to act as an office messenger when needed.
