Trainee Approval Engineer (UAE Nationals)

About the role

The Trainee Approval Engineer program is a 12‑month structured graduate scheme designed for UAE nationals. You will support project teams with technical analyses, documentation and reporting while gaining hands‑on experience in offshore structures and ship design.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers with technical analyses, engineering calculations and design documentation for offshore structures and marine systems.
• Prepare engineering reports, technical presentations and project documentation using Microsoft Office applications.
• Utilise engineering software tools for modelling, analysis and verification tasks, including finite element analysis (FEA).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure timely completion of tasks and compliance with project requirements and industry standards.

Required profile

• UAE national with a family book.
• Fresh graduate or early‑career professional (0‑2 years) with a bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Naval Architecture, Maritime, IT, Finance or related fields.
