Trainee Instrumentation Engineer – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Rejlers is offering a structured trainee program for fresh UAE nationals who have graduated in Instrumentation & Controls or Electronics Engineering. The role is based in Abu Dhabi and provides hands‑on exposure to real ADNOC projects while supporting experienced engineers.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers on instrumentation and control tasks for oil & gas, refining and petrochemical projects.
• Participate in the installation, testing and commissioning of field instruments.
• Collect and analyse data to support troubleshooting and optimisation activities.
• Prepare documentation and reports in line with quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project milestones are met.

Required profile

• UAE national, aged 20‑30 years.
• Recent graduate with a degree in Instrumentation & Controls or Electronics Engineering.
• Strong motivation to learn and contribute to the engineering sector.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to quality, safety and continuous improvement.
