Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Trainer to join Zameer Training FZE in Abu Dhabi. The Trainer will guide learners through their qualification, assess competence against national standards, and ensure they acquire the technical knowledge required for their roles.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare and deliver instructional activities that promote active learning.
• Develop schemes of work, lesson plans and clear learning objectives.
• Prepare classroom environments and provide diverse learning materials and resources.
• Select and utilise appropriate instructional resources and technology to meet varied trainee needs.
• Instruct and monitor trainees in the use of learning equipment, evaluate performance, and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of trainee progress, prepare required reports, and ensure compliance with academy policies.
• Manage classroom behaviour, enforce rules, and uphold learner welfare and safety.
• Participate in staff standardisation meetings, provide weekly feedback to line manager, and attend monthly supervision.

Required profile

• Occupational competence in the specific training area, supported by relevant qualifications and work experience.
• Ability to act as a collaborative team member within the Academy.
• Strong organisational skills for record‑keeping and reporting.
• Commitment to learner welfare, safety and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with instructional technology and e‑learning tools.
