Training Officer – Compliance & Governance (UAE Nationals)

About the role

Etihad Airways is seeking a Training Officer to ensure crew training programmes meet national and international aviation regulations. The role focuses on compliance, governance and data‑driven reporting to support audit readiness and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain compliance of all crew training programmes with aviation regulations.
• Develop, implement and maintain training processes, workflows and data‑analysis tools.
• Monitor and report training data to ensure transparency and effective governance.
• Address audit findings, resolve non‑conformities and implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement of training governance and compliance monitoring.
• Collaborate with Crew Training stakeholders and follow through on projects assigned by the Line Manager.

Required profile

• Degree in Safety Management, Training Management, Compliance Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of operational experience in training or compliance within the aviation industry.
• UAE national status as specified in the job title.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to design and use data‑analysis tools.
