Transfer Pricing Manager

About the role

Ajax Systems, a leading global security technology manufacturer, is seeking a Transfer Pricing Manager to lead its international tax and transfer pricing initiatives. You will work closely with global partners and internal teams to ensure compliance, profitability monitoring, and alignment with OECD Pillar 2 requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate global partner engagement for transfer pricing support, assign tasks, and manage timelines.
• Oversee preparation and reporting of transfer pricing documentation across the Group.
• Monitor profitability ranges for controlled transactions and flag material deviations.
• Lead assessment of Pillar 2 (OECD GloBE) impact, identify tax risks, and support process adjustments.
• Support setup and incorporation of new Group companies in foreign jurisdictions.
• Ensure ongoing tax and corporate compliance for existing Group companies outside Ukraine.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in transfer pricing or international taxation, preferably in a consulting firm or large multinational holding.
• Strong knowledge of OECD Transfer Pricing Guidelines, Pillar 2/GloBE rules, and multi‑jurisdictional transfer pricing requirements.
• Attention to detail, thoughtful and holistic approach to complex tax matters.
• English proficiency at B2+ level; Ukrainian knowledge is a plus.
