Transformation Lead – Intercontinental Hub

About the role

The Intercontinental Hub (ICH) Transformation Lead will drive organisational change across Lilly’s emerging and high‑potential geographies. Reporting to the AVP, ICH Strategic Capabilities & Transformation, the role partners with country medical heads, general managers and global functional leaders to ensure execution accountability and sustain the ICH target operating model.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate and monitor transformation initiatives across commercial and medical domains.
• Design and maintain governance structures that enable scalable performance of ICH capabilities.
• Standardise operating processes, improve efficiency and embed best practices across affiliates.
• Collaborate with GMs, country medical heads, IBU functional leaders and global counterparts to align on strategy and execution.
• Travel as required to support regional teams and stakeholder engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of commercial business experience in sales, marketing or medical functions within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong project‑management expertise with a bias for speed and execution.
• Broad, cross‑functional knowledge of field‑team operations, business planning and brand planning.
• Proven track record of building high‑performing team cultures.
