Translator - AI Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Translator to join our AI training team. In this remote, contract position you will interact with AI chatbots in both Arabic and English, measuring their progress and shaping their conversational abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Engage in realistic dialogues with AI chatbots to assess linguistic performance.
• Design and write novel conversation scenarios that teach chatbots appropriate responses.
• Present diverse and complex problems to the models and evaluate their outputs for correctness and logical consistency.
• Provide detailed feedback on AI-generated content to guide model improvement.

Required profile

• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent writing and grammar skills.
• Demonstrated expertise in linguistics or translation.
• A current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work independently from a home office in the UAE.
