About the role

Beacon Red, part of the EDGE technology group, is seeking an Emirati talent to act as the linguistic bridge for Arabic‑speaking clients during technical training sessions. The role ensures that complex technical concepts are accurately conveyed in both English and Arabic, supporting high‑quality knowledge transfer in classroom and practical environments.

Key responsibilities

• Provide simultaneous interpretation between English and Arabic during classroom instruction and hands‑on training, preserving technical and contextual accuracy.
• Translate training curricula, supporting materials, and documentation from English to Arabic and vice‑versa, maintaining fidelity to original terminology.
• Offer professional interpretation support during client meetings and stakeholder engagements, ensuring confidentiality and appropriate register.
• Participate in scenario‑based role‑play activities to enhance realistic learning outcomes.
• Manage translation of client correspondence, guaranteeing clarity, consistency, and a professional tone.

Required profile

• Minimum three years (36 months) of experience in interpretation or translation, preferably in technical or training settings.
• Fluent in both English and Arabic with strong command of industry‑specific terminology.
• Ability to work closely with training delivery teams and client stakeholders.
• Professional demeanor and discretion when handling confidential information.
