Transportation Driver – Guest Services

About the role

The Transportation Driver provides safe, courteous, and professional vehicle services to hotel guests and visitors. This role supports first‑impression hospitality by ensuring reliable transport, vehicle cleanliness, and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide driving service to guests as required.
• Maintain clean and safe hotel vehicles.
• Stay informed about hotel services, VIP requirements, and special events.
• Know local attractions, landmarks, and external locations.
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and health‑and‑safety legislation.
• Maintain a professional uniform and personal appearance.
• Welcome guests on arrival, assist with luggage, and park guests' cars on the premises.
• Transport guests to and from assigned destinations using the property vehicle.
• Document each trip before departure and after completion.
• Check tire pressure, fluid levels, refuel as needed, and report maintenance requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of driver experience, preferably in hotel, leisure or retail sectors.
• Impeccable personal presentation and good communication skills.
• Calm, courteous, and discreet demeanor.
• Valid Light and Heavy Bus Licenses.
• Good knowledge of the local area.
