Travel Consultant – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Travel Consultant to join our Dubai office. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking flight bookings, visa advice and travel support, ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to post‑travel follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information on flight options, ticketing and travel itineraries.
• Process bookings, cancellations, reissues and refunds using the company’s reservation system.
• Advise clients on UAE tourist visa requirements and assist with the application process.
• Coordinate with B2B airline and hotel suppliers to secure rates and resolve issues.
• Drive sales by promoting additional travel services and following up on leads.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in the travel and tourism industry.
• Preferably worked in a UAE‑based travel agency.
• Strong English communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
• Proven sales and follow‑up abilities.
