Travel & Logistics Supervisor

About the role

The Travel & Logistics Supervisor will manage all domestic and international travel arrangements for Acwa China employees, ensuring compliance with budgets, policies and current travel restrictions. This office‑based role coordinates flights, accommodation, ground transport and visa requirements across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees needing travel, handling flight, hotel and land transportation bookings.
• Obtain and compare flight, car rental and hotel options to select the most cost‑effective solutions.
• Secure approvals from leadership and ensure travel costs align with departmental budgets.
• Maintain a cost‑tracking dashboard for flights, hotels and transportation and review invoices before payment.
• Stay updated on travel restrictions, vaccine requirements and visa regulations for all destinations.
• Liaise with the Planning Manager, Travel Desk, P&C department and external travel agencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 3 years of experience in travel booking.
• IATA Certification in Travel & Tourism.
• 3 + years experience in a corporate or Travel Management Company environment.

Required skills

• IATA Certification.
• Proficiency with GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre.
• Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
