Treasury Manager – Debt Management

About the role

The Treasury Manager – Debt Management works closely with the Group Treasurer to oversee the Group’s debt portfolio and maintain strong relationships with banking partners. You will be responsible for renewing existing facilities, sourcing new funding, and ensuring cost‑effective financing aligned with the Group’s cash‑flow needs.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the overall Group debt position, monitor maturities, and coordinate new financing or re‑profiling of existing facilities.
• Optimize the cost of facilities across banks and contribute to long‑term debt planning and strategy.
• Execute FX hedging programmes to mitigate cross‑currency exposure and monitor mark‑to‑market positions.
• Maintain day‑to‑day relationships with banks, providing forecasts, documentation, and responding to queries.
• Conduct financial analysis and present findings to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with Treasury policies, produce monthly Treasury reports, and uphold corporate governance standards.
• Collaborate with Treasury and Finance teams to align short‑term activities with broader cash‑generation forecasts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Treasury, with at least 5 years in a treasury role within a diversified group.
• Proven experience managing direct relationships with banks and handling debt facilities.
