Treasury Manager - Liquidity and Digitalization

About the role

The Treasury Manager supports the Treasury Director in overseeing the Group's treasury activities, focusing on liquidity planning, loan administration, and cash optimization. The role also drives automation initiatives, implements the Treasury Management System (TMS), and maintains strong relationships with banking partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement cash‑flow optimisation strategies, including cash pooling, short‑term investments and working‑capital management.
• Establish and maintain Host‑to‑Host (H2H) integration between banks and ERP systems across all entities.
• Manage bank mandate authorisation, approval matrix, signatory frameworks and user access controls in SAP.
• Lead implementation, configuration, maintenance and upgrades of the Treasury Management System (TMS) for the Group.
• Prepare rolling cash‑flow forecasts in coordination with Business Unit Finance teams.
• Oversee intercompany cash management, lending, dividend distributions and related reconciliations.
• Calculate and reconcile cash‑pool interest income and expenses.
• Design and manage Supply Chain Finance programmes such as receivables factoring and inventory financing.
• Supervise payment‑gateway operations, POS machines, cheque scanners and related payment tools.
• Coordinate with insurance providers and lead data consolidation for annual renewals.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of treasury or cash‑management experience.
• Proven experience with liquidity planning, intercompany financing and treasury automation.
• Strong knowledge of banking relationships, mandates and regulatory compliance.
• Experience leading TMS implementation and ERP integration projects.
