TRIRIGA Functional Consultant

About the role

Midis Group is looking for a seasoned TRIRIGA Functional Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of IBM's Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) for clients in the Dubai region. The role blends deep functional knowledge of TRIRIGA modules with strong client‑facing skills to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end configuration, customization, testing, and rollout of TRIRIGA solutions.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and align solutions with business goals.
• Manage project timelines, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Conduct workshops, deliver user training, and produce documentation and user manuals.
• Provide post‑implementation support, troubleshoot functional issues, and collaborate with technical teams for resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of consulting or industry experience with IBM TRIRIGA.
• Proven experience delivering full lifecycle TRIRIGA implementations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to clients.

Required skills

• IBM TRIRIGA platform expertise.
• Hands‑on experience with at least two TRIRIGA modules (e.g., Lease Administration, Space Management, Facility Management, Capital Projects).
• IBM Certified Application Developer – TRIRIGA (or equivalent certification).
