TS Field Specialist – Fluid Analysis

About the role

The TS Field Specialist – Fluid Analysis is responsible for delivering safe, efficient and reliable technical services to customers in the field. You will work on-site in Dubai, ensuring fluid analysis activities meet quality, safety and regulatory standards while supporting continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain safe, efficient and reliable service delivery (PSD) to customers.
• Identify improvement opportunities, implement standard work and manage risk during service delivery.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of job deliverables.
• Execute service delivery and participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Implement company and regulatory compliance through CAT, self‑assessments and wellsite inspections.
• Participate in service quality meetings, HSE and quality initiatives, and follow all PPE and safety policies.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in fluid analysis or related field services.
• Ability to work on‑site in Dubai and adhere to HSE standards.
• Strong focus on accuracy, safety and customer satisfaction.
