UAE National Internship & Graduate Opportunities

About the role

The Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA) offers internship and graduate employment programmes for UAE Nationals across a variety of academic disciplines. Candidates are assessed through two annual graduate recruitment cycles (Spring and Fall) and two internship selection cycles (Spring and Fall), each with specific application windows. Successful participants may be considered for full‑time roles or internship placements based on organisational needs.

Required profile

• UAE National status (passport, Emirates ID, Family Book)
• Clear, legible colour PDF copies of CV including graduation or expected graduation date (Month, Year)
• Personal photograph complying with UAE National ID requirements
• Passport copy (including unified number page) obtained via the UAEICP App
• Emirates ID (both sides) obtained via the UAEICP App
• Family Book (Family Information page with sequence number and city code) obtained via the UAEICP App
• Official university transcripts (or official copies preferred)
• High school transcripts for Grades 10‑12 including all standardised assessments (IGCSE, A‑levels, IB, AP)
• IELTS certificate (if available)
• Certificate of Equivalence (if applicable for graduates of international institutions)
• Completion of all mandatory application fields
