UiPath Test Automation Lead

About the role

Synechron is seeking an experienced UiPath Test Automation Lead to drive the design and implementation of test automation frameworks for its banking clients in Abu Dhabi. You will work with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality automation solutions across web, mobile, API and enterprise applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain test automation frameworks using Selenium, Java, BDD Cucumber, and UiPath Test Suite.
• Configure and manage UiPath Orchestrator environments and Unattended Robots for continuous test execution.
• Integrate automation pipelines with GitLab CI/CD, Helm charts and Kubernetes for cloud‑native deployments.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers and business analysts to define test strategies and ensure coverage.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior automation engineers.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional experience in test automation and RPA.
• Strong background in banking or financial services domain.
• Proven ability to lead automation initiatives and work in a fast‑paced consulting environment.
