Ultrasonographer – Full‑time in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Ultrasonographer to join a reputable healthcare organization in Dubai. The successful candidate will perform routine and specialized ultrasound examinations, ensuring high‑quality diagnostic images and patient‑centered care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine ultrasound examinations following established imaging protocols.
• Verify patient identity, obtain clinical history, and secure appropriate consent.
• Produce diagnostic images, document observations, and archive them using RIS/PACS and electronic medical record systems.
• Identify normal and abnormal findings, escalating uncertain cases to radiologists.
• Maintain equipment, perform quality‑assurance checks, and adhere to infection‑control and safety standards.
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and referring clinicians.
• Participate in on‑call, extended hours, or weekend duties as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Radiography, Radiology Technology, Medical Imaging, or related field.
• Post‑primary Certificate/Diploma in Diagnostic Ultrasound (minimum 12 months) or a degree in Diagnostic Ultrasound/Sonography.
• Valid DHA License as a Radiology Technologist and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• At least 2 years of sonography experience.
• Strong clinical knowledge, patient‑care skills, and ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
