Uniform Attendant

About the role

The Uniform Attendant ensures that all staff attire meets the high standards of Anantara The Palm Dubai Resort, supporting the overall guest experience through meticulous uniform care and inventory management. You will work closely with the housekeeping and laundry teams to maintain a seamless supply of clean, well‑maintained uniforms for all departments.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure all uniforms are in good repair, correctly marked, and meet hotel standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper care of uniforms at all times.
• Keep accurate records of uniform inventory and related items.
• Monitor uniform usage, report damages promptly, and coordinate repairs.
• Work with the laundry department to meet condition standards.
• Alert the Assistant Executive Housekeeper on re‑order requirements.
• Minimize material waste and recommend efficient usage measures.
• Maintain the uniform storage area and prepare sets for new hires.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with ability to keep precise inventory records.
• Proactive attitude towards minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
• Good communication skills to liaise with housekeeping and laundry staff.
• Reliability and punctuality in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
