Urgent Hiring: MEP Site Engineer – Mechanical

About the role

Our client, a leading construction firm in Dubai, is seeking an experienced Mechanical MEP Site Engineer to lead mechanical works on high‑rise building projects. The role involves supervising installations, coordinating with consultants and subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and UAE regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and execute all mechanical MEP site activities on high‑rise projects.
• Coordinate daily operations with consultants, subcontractors, and other engineering disciplines.
• Ensure installations comply with approved drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
• Monitor site progress, quality, and safety to meet project schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Plan and coordinate material requirements, manpower allocation, and site resources.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations and health & safety requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of site execution experience in high‑rise building construction.
• Strong knowledge of UAE construction practices, codes, and standards.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• UAE experience preferred; immediate joiners given priority.
