User Operations Manager

About the role

Own the product operations and content ecosystem of Bybit’s in‑app community. The role drives engagement, retention and trading conversion through content distribution strategy, recommendation system optimisation and user‑growth initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Increase active users, content participation and engagement within the in‑app community.
• Develop content distribution strategies and define recommendation algorithm requirements to improve discovery.
• Design and optimise user funnels to boost UGC participation, community interaction and trading conversion.
• Use analytics and A/B testing to continuously improve retention, engagement and product performance.
• Partner with Growth, Marketing, Data and Engineering teams to align community initiatives with platform goals.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in product operations, growth or community product roles on internet or crypto platforms.
• Strong understanding of content distribution, recommendation systems and user‑engagement strategies.
• Experience with platforms such as Binance Square or Bitget Plaza is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Chinese is a plus.
