UX/UI Designer – Bilingual Arabic/English (RTL) – Dubai

About the role

We’re hiring a senior Product Designer for a secure government data and briefing platform in Dubai – a multi-year, AI‑ready role.

Key responsibilities

• Design the UI for dashboards, reports, and AI‑driven interactions.
• Build and own a scalable, bilingual (English/Arabic) design system with true RTL support.
• Design the Brief Generator, content‑authoring console, and admin workflows.
• Apply WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• Present and defend design decisions to senior government stakeholders.

Required profile

• 7‑10+ years in UX/UI design for enterprise or government‑grade platforms.
• Agency‑side or multi‑client product‑studio background (not single‑product in‑house).
• At least 3 years designing bilingual Arabic/English products with genuine independent RTL design.
• Portfolio showing breadth across clients, concept/creative direction, and owned design systems.
• Strong hands‑on Figma experience (component libraries, tokens, auto‑layout, developer handoff).
