UX/UI Designer – Dubai

About the role

Thales is seeking a creative UX/UI Designer to join its Dubai team. You will work within a multidisciplinary environment, shaping digital experiences for defence and aerospace solutions. The role focuses on placing the user at the centre of design decisions while supporting the company’s digital transformation agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and design intuitive user interfaces for complex security and defence applications.
• Collaborate with engineers, product owners and stakeholders to translate requirements into visual solutions.
• Create wireframes, prototypes and high‑fidelity mock‑ups using industry‑standard tools.
• Maintain design consistency across platforms and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
• Participate in user research, testing and iteration cycles to improve usability.
