Valuations Administrator – UAE National

About the role

We are seeking an organised and detail‑oriented Valuations Administrator to join our Dubai team. The role provides administrative support to the Valuations department, assisting with the preparation of reports, quotations, invoices and day‑to‑day operations. This position is open exclusively to UAE Nationals with a Family Book as part of our Emiratization commitment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing customer RFPs by collating and formatting documents.
• Support the preparation, formatting and binding of valuation reports.
• Proofread reports for accuracy, consistency, spelling and grammar.
• Prepare terms of engagement and valuation fee quotations.
• Raise invoices and support daily billing requirements.
• Update internal trackers and maintain accurate records of quotations and valuations.
• Organise and maintain digital filing systems for the Valuations team.
• Assist with cheque collections and issue receipts where required.
• Follow up with clients regarding outstanding payments.
• Support month‑end invoicing and update fee analysis logs.
• Maintain valuation trackers and perform accurate data entry.
• Coordinate property inspection appointments for valuers.
• Provide general administrative support to the Valuations team and handle ad‑hoc tasks.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
• Previous exposure to real estate or professional services is advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional and reliable in a fast‑paced environment.
