Value Proposition Manager – Emirati Segment

About the role

The Value Proposition Manager – Emirati Segment will shape and deliver customer‑centric propositions that reinforce Emirates Islamic as the preferred bank for Emirati households. You will lead initiatives that drive acquisition, engagement, cross‑sell and revenue growth while enhancing the overall customer experience for the UAE National segment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute value propositions, campaigns and initiatives targeting Emirati households.
• Drive customer acquisition, engagement, cross‑selling and revenue growth within the UAE National segment.
• Design and improve customer experience touchpoints across the retail banking lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product, analytics and marketing teams to align offerings with market needs.
• Monitor performance metrics, analyse results and report business impact.
• Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure timely project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in banking, customer propositions, retail banking, project management or data analytics.
• Professional project‑management certification (e.g., PMP) preferred.
• Strong understanding of retail banking products and the customer lifecycle.
• Experience in the UAE banking sector is highly advantageous.
