VAS Revenue & Vendor Partnerships Executive

About the role

Finanshels is seeking a VAS Revenue & Vendor Partnerships Executive to expand its value‑added financial services portfolio across the UAE client ecosystem. The role will focus on identifying, onboarding and managing strategic vendor partners to deliver banking, payments, payroll, lending, insurance and related products.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, onboard and manage VAS vendor partnerships.
• Drive revenue growth through financial‑service partnerships and client activation.
• Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures and partnership agreements.
• Coordinate with internal sales, operations, finance and product teams.
• Build and execute go‑to‑market strategies for new VAS offerings.
• Monitor revenue performance, margins and client adoption metrics.
• Maintain accurate tracking of vendor pipelines, activations and renewals.
• Ensure operational accuracy in contracts, pricing and commercial documentation.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development or VAS‑related roles.
• Background working with financial products such as banking, payments, payroll, lending or insurance.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and cross‑functional coordination.
• High attention to detail and execution capability.
• Preferred experience in fintech, SaaS, banking or high‑growth startups.
