Vehicle Operations Support Autonomous Vehicles

About the role

We are looking for a Vehicle Operations Support professional to coordinate and manage the day‑to‑day operational requirements of an autonomous vehicle fleet in the United Arab Emirates. The role ensures vehicle availability, maintenance, fueling/charging and operational supplies are handled efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage vehicle‑related operational activities within the assigned area.
• Implement and maintain vehicle management procedures according to established standards.
• Arrange routine vehicle maintenance, servicing and repair activities.
• Oversee vehicle fueling, charging or other energy requirements.
• Procure and coordinate operational supplies and materials for the fleet.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and operational activities.
• Liaise with internal teams and external service providers as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience in fleet or automotive operations is preferred.
• Good understanding of vehicle maintenance and servicing processes.
• Strong coordination and organisational abilities, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Effective communication and record‑keeping skills.
• Valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
