Vehicle Test Operator – Autonomous Vehicle Testing

About the role

We are seeking a Vehicle Test Operator to support safe testing and operation of autonomous vehicles on real‑world roads in Dubai. The role involves working directly inside the vehicle, executing test procedures, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate within autonomous vehicles during road testing and operational activities.
• Support hardware and software update testing and cloud‑cabin connected vehicle trials.
• Conduct routine road‑running and special demonstration sessions, including VIP experiences.
• Identify and report any operational or safety concerns encountered during tests.
• Coordinate with technical and operational teams to ensure testing is completed safely and according to established procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in automotive operations, vehicle testing, fleet management or related fields.
• Strong awareness of road safety and safe driving practices.
• Comfortable working with new technology and autonomous vehicle systems.
• Good communication and reporting abilities.
• Ability to follow detailed operational and safety procedures.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
