Vehicle Yard Marshall

About the role

The Vehicle Yard Marshall ensures safe and efficient movement of vehicles and goods within the yard, supporting the logistics chain of AW Rostamani Group. Working on‑site in a busy yard environment, you will coordinate traffic, oversee loading and unloading, and maintain high standards of safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Drive vehicles according to daily instructions while adhering to yard rules.
• Direct traffic and manage yard operations to prevent accidents.
• Perform basic quality inspections on stored vehicles.
• Affix RFID tags and operate RFID scanners for vehicle tracking.
• Conduct periodic battery health checks and fluid top‑ups using authorized devices.
• Wax chrome parts, wash vehicles, and prepare them for delivery.
• Dispense fuel, manage fuel station activities, record fuel usage and perform stock‑taking.
• Support ad‑hoc operational tasks as requested by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Secondary School Certificate; Diploma/ITI in Automotive or a Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar yard or logistics role.
• Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License (Manual – License No 3 & 5).
• Good observational ability, attention to detail and physical stamina for long hours standing, walking and working in hot conditions.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in written and spoken English.
