Vice President, Group Commercial & Technology Enablement

About the role

ADNOC Group is seeking a senior leader to drive its commercial technology and digital transformation agenda across the organization. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Group Commercial Strategy & Excellence, the Vice President will shape the technology roadmap, ensure ERP and analytics initiatives deliver enterprise value, and support long‑term business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and govern commercial systems, processes and technology standards across the ADNOC Group.
• Lead the development and execution of the Group Commercial digital strategy and technology roadmap.
• Drive adoption of advanced analytics, business intelligence and data‑driven decision‑making to improve commercial performance.
• Partner with senior stakeholders in Commercial, Finance and Digital functions to optimise technology investments and enterprise outcomes.
• Oversee large‑scale ERP and business application initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 years of leadership experience in procurement, commercial, supply chain or related functions.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale digital transformation, ERP and analytics programmes.
• Strong strategic, commercial and financial acumen with ability to influence executive stakeholders.
• Experience in large, complex, multinational organisations, preferably in energy, industrial or infrastructure sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Business Administration or related discipline.
