Vice President – Loan Capital Markets (Origination)

About the role

Join a leading international financial institution’s Loan Capital Markets Origination team in Dubai. You will play a key role in originating, structuring, pricing, underwriting and executing loan transactions for corporates, financial institutions, government entities and project sponsors.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in client meetings and support the presentation of financing proposals alongside senior deal team members.
• Assist in the origination, structuring, pricing and execution of syndicated loans and other credit facilities across EMEA.
• Prepare marketing materials, pitch books, transaction presentations and internal reports.
• Gather, analyse and maintain market intelligence, pricing data and lending trends to support transaction structuring and market reporting.
• Coordinate the preparation of information memoranda and syndication materials for lender distribution.
• Support the management of loan syndications throughout the transaction lifecycle.
• Assist in negotiating financing terms and conditions with market participants and co‑financiers.
• Develop and maintain relationships with banks, institutional investors and other financing partners.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in Loan Capital Markets, Loan Origination, Syndicated Finance, Corporate Banking, Project Finance or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting or a related discipline; professional qualifications are a plus.
• Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial modelling, loan structuring and syndicated lending.
• Proven ability to support transactions from origination through execution and syndication.
• Excellent analytical, relationship management and negotiation skills.
