Vice President - Wealth

About the role

The Vice President – Wealth will develop and execute wealth management strategies focused on real‑estate investments, targeting high‑net‑worth individuals and institutional investors in the United Arab Emirates. The role works closely with the sales department to align initiatives and drive business growth both locally and globally.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement wealth management strategies that meet the specific needs of high‑net‑worth clients and align with sales objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with private investors, institutional partners, and financial institutions.
• Identify new market segments, joint‑venture opportunities, build‑to‑suit projects, and land sales for affluent clients.
• Provide tailored real‑estate investment advice, create customized portfolios, and monitor performance.
• Lead marketing initiatives within the wealth management space to attract new clients and support business growth.
• Support team members in delivering personalized solutions and enhance overall client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in wealth management within a real‑estate or developer environment.
• At least 2 years of managerial experience overseeing teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or Finance; MBA preferred.
• Deep understanding of UAE real‑estate market, regulatory requirements and competitor landscape.
