Vice Principal – Senior Leadership Role

About the role

Jumeirah College is seeking a dynamic Vice Principal to join its Senior Leadership Team. This full‑time position will involve both strategic leadership and hands‑on teaching within a vibrant, forward‑thinking learning environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a 3‑5‑year development cycle, overseeing change from conception to implementation and review.
• Contribute to teaching, learning, enrichment and pastoral care across the college.
• Collaborate with senior staff to shape curriculum and school policies.
• Provide mentorship and support to department heads and year leaders.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of secondary teaching experience with significant head of department or head of year responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead large‑scale change initiatives.
• Outstanding practitioner credibility and leadership presence.
