Video Production Manager

About the role

The Video Production Manager will lead, plan and execute all video production initiatives for PureHealth Group, ensuring world‑class content that aligns with brand strategy and engages corporate, social and digital audiences. The role combines creative vision with technical expertise, from concept development and scripting to directing shoots, editing and post‑production supervision. Fluency in Arabic and a deep understanding of local culture are essential to deliver resonant content.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive PureHealth’s video strategy, creative direction and storytelling to support corporate, brand and campaign goals.
• Own end‑to‑end video production – concept, script, filming, editing, colour grading and final delivery – with hands‑on execution when needed.
• Ensure creative, technical and brand excellence across all video assets for digital, social, event and broadcast platforms.
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve production efficiency, creativity and scalability.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications and leadership teams to align content with business priorities.
• Manage vendors, budgets and production resources, guaranteeing quality, compliance and cost‑effectiveness.
• Act as brand guardian for motion content, driving continuous improvement through performance insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media, Communications or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in video production, editing or creative direction, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
• Fluent Arabic (mandatory) with strong cultural awareness.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
