Videographer and Internal Content Producer

About the role

Plan, film, produce and edit video content that showcases the organisation’s work, culture and people. The role creates polished internal communications, leadership updates, employee engagement pieces and corporate storytelling for selected external channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop video concepts, scripts, storyboards and production schedules based on internal communication briefs.
• Film leadership interviews, employee profiles, events, project updates and behind‑the‑scenes content, ensuring professional audio, lighting and visual consistency.
• Edit short‑form and long‑form videos, adding titles, subtitles, graphics, music and different aspect ratios for various channels.
• Maintain an organised archive of footage, manage production timelines, releases and external freelancers when needed.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of videography or multimedia production experience with a strong portfolio.
• Experience working with senior leaders and non‑professional on‑camera contributors.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training in film, media production or related field.
• Fluent English; Arabic strongly preferred.

Required skills

• Camera operation, lighting and sound recording.
• Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Colour correction, audio editing and captioning for accessibility.
• Interview production, storyboarding and shot planning.
• Motion graphics and basic photography.
• File and footage management, production scheduling.
