Videographer & Editor for Real Estate Projects

About the role

We are looking for a creative Videographer cum Editor to produce high‑quality video content for our real‑estate projects. You will work closely with the marketing, sales and content teams to bring property walkthroughs, promotional videos, client testimonials and corporate stories to life.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot and edit video material for property walk‑throughs, promotional campaigns and social‑media reels.
• Produce short‑form videos optimized for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook.
• Enhance footage with motion graphics, animations, transitions, subtitles, sound effects and background music.
• Perform colour correction, colour grading and audio syncing, and conduct quality checks before delivery.
• Organise and maintain video assets, raw footage and final files in a structured library.
• Stay updated on video trends, editing techniques and platform‑specific best practices within real‑estate marketing.
• Undertake any additional tasks related to video production as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating video content for real‑estate or marketing purposes.
• Strong eye for visual storytelling and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and meet project deadlines.
