Videographer & Video Editor

About the role

3X Capital Real Estate, a boutique real estate firm focused on investment opportunities, off-plan properties and real estate advisory in the UAE, is expanding its creative team in Abu Dhabi. It is looking for a full-time, on-site Videographer & Video Editor to turn ideas, properties and investment stories into compelling visual content, working closely with marketing, sales and leadership teams on property campaigns, social media, brand storytelling, project launches and digital marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute professional property and lifestyle video shoots, capturing high-quality footage with professional cameras, lighting and audio equipment.
• Produce real estate videos, promotional content, social media reels and brand films.
• Edit and produce content using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and motion graphics, including transitions, graphics, sound design, titles and visual effects.
• Apply color correction and color grading.
• Develop creative concepts, shot lists and visual storytelling ideas.
• Optimize content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, websites, presentations and digital campaigns.
• Organize and manage raw footage, project files and media assets, and maintain consistent brand standards.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to deliver projects on time.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of real estate industry experience (mandatory).
• Currently based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• Experience creating property videos, social media reels, promotional campaigns and digital marketing content.
• Strong creative storytelling skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable working on-site at properties and collaborating with sales, marketing and leadership teams.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, communications or a related field is preferred; a strong portfolio or showreel is required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience with motion graphics.
• Understanding of cinematography, framing, composition, lighting and camera operation.
• Knowledge of color grading and sound design.
