Vietnamese Speaking FX Sales Conversion Agent

About the role

We are looking for a Vietnamese‑speaking FX Sales Conversion Agent to join our Dubai team. The role focuses on converting high‑quality leads into active Forex and CFD trading clients through consultative sales techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the company’s Forex and CFD products and services to prospective clients.
• Convert leads into active trading accounts while maintaining compliance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Identify upselling opportunities and maximise client conversion.
• Deliver high‑level customer service throughout the client journey.
• Stay up‑to‑date with financial markets, trading products and industry developments.
• Meet individual sales targets and KPIs.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Vietnamese (written and spoken).
• Previous experience in the Forex & CFD industry.
• Background in conversion or retention sales within Forex/CFD.
• Strong sales, negotiation and objection‑handling abilities.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office applications.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Familiarity with trading platforms.
