VIP Coordinator – Premium Patient Services

About the role

The VIP Coordinator serves as the primary non‑clinical contact for high‑profile patients, ensuring a seamless and premium experience throughout their journey. You will coordinate scheduling, logistics, hospitality, and communication, supporting the Protocol & VIP Manager to uphold the institute's high standards of service and cultural sensitivity.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for VIP patients for all non‑clinical matters.
• Coordinate appointment scheduling in partnership with clinical and administrative teams.
• Arrange transportation, accommodation, and special hospitality requests.
• Prepare and communicate detailed patient itineraries.
• Provide timely follow‑up communication and handle patient inquiries.
• Maintain discretion and confidentiality when dealing with high‑profile individuals.
• Support the VIP Manager in monitoring service quality and compliance with privacy policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in high‑end customer service or hospitality coordination.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and cultural sensitivity.
