About the role

The Visa Advisor joins The Visa Guy’s Dubai office to guide clients through international visa processes. You will provide clear, professional advice, ensure documentation is accurate, and help travelers secure the visas they need.

Key responsibilities

• Review client profiles and recommend suitable visa options.
• Prepare, verify, and submit visa application forms and supporting documents.
• Schedule and coordinate appointment bookings with embassies and consulates.
• Track application status, follow up with authorities, and communicate updates to clients.
• Maintain detailed records in internal systems and ensure compliance with visa regulations.

Required profile

• Strong client‑service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in visa processing, travel services, immigration support, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Dubai and collaborate within a diverse team.
