Visa Expert – Global Visa Processing

About the role

BGS Travel and Tourism is seeking a motivated Visa Expert to lead visa processing and client acquisition for a wide range of high‑demand destinations. This on‑site position combines operational excellence with business‑development responsibilities in a fast‑growing travel agency.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage personal and professional networks to source new visa clients and achieve monthly/quarterly volume and revenue targets.
• Manage end‑to‑end visa processing for countries including Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Morocco, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Schengen states, Australia, USA, UK, and Canada.
• Review client documents, complete application forms, schedule appointments and submit error‑free files to embassies, consulates or VFS centers.
• Provide accurate advisory on visa requirements, fees, processing times and prepare clients for interviews, especially for US, UK and Schengen visas.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of UAE‑specific experience in global visa processing.
• Strong existing network of corporate clients, travel agents and walk‑in customers.
• Target‑driven mindset with proven ability to meet or exceed revenue and volume KPIs.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple visa categories.
