About the role
The position is responsible for developing, delivering and communicating visual concepts to promote the brand, products and services in‑store. The role also trains and coaches the store team to execute visual merchandising tasks and manage daily, weekly and seasonal activities.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure brand identity and presentation standards are consistently achieved in windows and in‑store displays.
- Implement brand‑specific visual merchandising standards and coordinate store displays according to brand guidelines.
- Develop floor plans, arrange merchandise, signage, fixtures and guide in‑store layout to maximize visual impact.
- Use creative lighting, photography and merchandising techniques to highlight new lines and seasonal trends.
- Collaborate with operations, brand management and sales teams to increase sales and achieve commercial goals.
- Participate in pre‑opening activities and conduct market trend research.
