About the role

The Voyage Graduate Leadership Development Program is a full‑time, paid 12‑18 month journey designed for recent university graduates who want to launch a career in hospitality. Based in Dubai, participants will work at a Marriott International managed hotel, gaining hands‑on experience across multiple hotel functions.

Key responsibilities

• Complete real‑world assignments in areas such as rooms operations, food & beverage, culinary, finance, engineering, event planning, revenue management, sales & marketing, and human resources.
• Rotate through mini‑assignments to understand how each discipline contributes to hotel performance.
• Build and maintain customer relationships while delivering high‑quality service.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, mentors and coaches to develop leadership capabilities.
• Identify and propose innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Required profile
