VP Marketing & Communications – Senior Leadership Role

About the role

This senior leadership position reports directly to the executive leadership team and sits on the Senior Management Team. The VP will shape brand and communications strategy for a prominent organisation operating across the Middle East and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the long‑term brand strategy and positioning across multiple business units.
• Lead integrated marketing and communications planning, ensuring measurable, on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the C‑suite on brand, reputation and communications matters.
• Drive stakeholder engagement with government entities, commercial partners and media.
• Build and sustain a high‑performing, customer‑centric team culture that champions innovation.
• Oversee crisis and reputation management frameworks.
• Champion digital, media and content strategy across all channels.

Required profile

• 12+ years of progressive marketing and communications experience, including at least 5 years in senior management.
• Proven track record marketing high‑value products or services in complex, international B2B environments.
• Combined agency and client‑side experience strongly preferred.
• Degree in business, communications, journalism, PR or related field; postgraduate marketing qualification advantageous.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with budget ownership at scale.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence at board level.
